DELIVERY TIMESCALES

Products which are ordered by 12.00pm will be despatched the same day and delivery made within 24 hours. In most cases this will be the next day, however this cannot be guaranteed.

If a product is out of stock we will email you within 24 hours of the order being placed to inform you of alternative wines or give you the opportunity to wait for replacement stocks to be delivery to us.

DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge is £5 per full case of 12*75cl bottles. Where an order is predominantly made up of half bottles we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge accordingly.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES

All wine deliveries should be fully inspected prior to signing the couriers documentation and where breakages happen they should be documented by you on the paperwork. We will then arrange replacement of damaged stock or a credit.

All damages must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

At this time delivery can only be made to the credit cardholders address. This is to prevent fraudulent use of charge/credit/debit cards. All products must be signed for and no order can be left unattended e.g. in a shed, outside a front door etc.
