AVAILABILITY

Whilst every effort is made to hold adequate stocks of the wines and vintages listed, our goods are offered subject to availability. When a particular vintage becomes exhausted it will be replaced by the next suitable vintage. Please remember, shipping wine is not an exact science and Australia in shipping terms is 3 months away!

DEED OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of James Fearon Wines until payment has been received in full.

PRICES

All quotations in this list are correct at time of printing but are subject to market and budgetary fluctuations over which we have no control.

PRICE INCREASES

Whilst every endeavour is made to advise customers of price increases before they occur, this is not always possible and we must reserve the right to increase prices without formal notice. Items marked ** on an invoice indicate a price change from that on our current list.

ORDERS

MINIMUM order is one MIXED case. (12 x 75cl Bottles or equivalent) and we cannot process smaller orders.

PAYMENT OF CREDIT ACCOUNTS - TRADE CUSTOMERS ONLY

NET PAYMENT BY THE 15th OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING DELIVERY. We reserve the right to charge interest of up to 2% per month on overdue accounts. DIRECT DEBITS are collected on 21st of month following.

CLAIMS

All goods should be examined at time of delivery and any loss or damage signed for accordingly. Queries relating to delivery must be made to us within 48 hours otherwise no claims will be considered.

All items advertised for sale through this site are provided on an Errors and Ommissions Excepted basis where the final decision to supply is Jamesfearonwines.
